My blog Laura the Explorer started after I had been traveling a while, I wanted to keep people back home updated on my travels and also thought I’d try and make some money while I was at it!

Music, I always need some kind of iPod/MP3 player, something that plays music and preferably a speaker too. Can’t live without it!

In every way, I’m always happiest when I’m traveling or eating luckily the two go hand in hand!

5. Of all the cities you have ever visited, which one left the largest impression on you and why?

Probably Bangkok, from day one I fell in love with it and after several more visits I decided to move here. Second greatest was probably Reykjavik, Iceland it was just such a magical place.

6. If you could be anyone for a day, who would it be?

I’m pretty okay with being me, but I would mind being able to fly so maybe superman?

7. In a perfect world, where do you see yourself and your blog in 5 years?

I’d love to be working completely online, so I have the freedom to do whatever and go wherever I want. In a dream world id be running an online empire with very little effort!

8. If you had 1 travel tip to share with the world, what would it be?

Try everything that you have the opportunity to do.

9. What stands out as your best travel memory?

The best: there are millions but watching the sun rise in the middle of the Sahara desert, or watching the northern lights in Iceland, or bungee jumping in New Zealand are all up there.
